Non-standard (items ordered with a non-standard reverse material), Fabric By-The-Yard, Crib Bed-In-A-Bag sets, and custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. 4. All items (including the above listed non-returnable items) that have a factory defect can be returned for evaluation. No advance replacements will be sent out. If the problem is a factory defect we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Repairs and replacements will be given priority and turn-around is typically 1 week from the time we receive the item. 5. All order cancellations must be received by telephone within 24 hours of the original order. Sweet Bed Bugs cannot cancel or change orders without additional charges after production begins. For babies under 12 months, the CPSC, the American Academy of pediatrics and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development recommend to remove pillows, quilts, comforters, sheepskin, pillow-like stuffed toys and other pillow-like soft products from the crib. Also, remove and discard all plastic bags your new bedding products was shipped in, as this bag could be a suffocation hazard for infants and children. All of the bedding is washable on a cold-water setting. Tumble dry on low or medium settings. Cool iron, if necessary.
